Award winning, this is the third 'Chanpagne Style' wine that Mounview produces. This is a big, full-bodied bubble wine that does not need the accompaniment of a meal to enjoy the wine to its best advantage. This elegant wine was the first soarkling red to be produced on the Granite Belt.

Nose: Sweet Raspberries, Beetroot.
Palate: Initially a distinctive Shiraz, followed by a cacophony of fruit flavours, with earthly overtones.

Still very youthful, this has a lively fruity palate of plum / cherry / slightly spicy, aged in American oak for 12 months. This medium bodied Merlot is delightful, to drink now and later, as it will continue to soften over time.
